We exclusively operate through Upwork, a trusted freelance platform that provides protection, accountability, and convenience for both clients and service providers.

2. How to Begin a Project

All projects must be initiated through Upwork.

Please send your job offer directly to Joseph W. (SiteSEO Copywriting Manager) via Upwork.
We will provide detailed instructions, including offer structure, scope, pricing, and expected deliverables, upon request.

Note: We do not commence work unless a formal offer is received and accepted through the Upwork platform.

3. Client Tools and Access Requirements

If your content process relies on specific third-party tools (e.g., SurferSEO, Grammarly Premium, SEMrush, WordPress, etc.), you are responsible for providing secure access or login credentials.

5. Revisions and Adjustments

We provide unlimited revisions to our clients to ensure alignment with the original brief. 

Note: Requests that fall outside the scope of the original agreement may incur additional charges.

6. Content Ownership and Confidentiality

Full ownership of delivered content is transferred to the client once full payment is received via Upwork.

We maintain strict confidentiality and do not share or reuse your content or project details without prior consent.

8. Communication Guidelines

All project communication must be conducted within the Upwork platform.
